How long does it take to produce my video?
Time Frames vary from model to model, it can take anywhere from 2 weeks- 24 weeks, on occasion longer depending on the models availability. Best way to get a custom sooner is order the models already on the Calendar
How will I receive my video?
All videos are sent via We Transfer link to your email on file.
What format do you offer?
We offer HD, 4k and VR.
Can my name or loved ones name be used in the video?
Of course this custom video is specialized just for you. NO we dont charge extra for that.

Do you only work with the models on your model page?
We take ALL model requests, the models featured on our model page are models we work with on a regular basis and vouch for their amazing worth ethic, performance and attitude. Email me @ alicia@1111customs.com your favorite performer and I will do my best to book him/her for you.
Can I ask for a refund after I already sent payment?
We DO NOT offer refunds if you change your mind, you get caught by loved one that you spent the money, etc. I spend a lot of time getting your video perfect, I research the specific fetish, re-read the script several times, make a storyboard, order props needed, order wardrobe needed, speak directly with model and agent, send script and details prior to shoot, pay an agent fee to place booking, send periodic email updates to you regarding time table, book makeup when requested, book photographers, do model check ins to check on mental and physical health of model thru the entire process, make sure talent has appropriate testing and hasn’t changed look, book/pay location, etc.
VERY rarely do I offer a refund due to the long and lengthy process it takes to complete a project. But I will on a case by case basis. Please ask, I feel I’m always fair and willing to work with you when I can.

By submitting your script for consideration, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that your customer-submitted script is merely a proposed shooting script and not a final shooting script. You further agree that all scripts 1) must be approved by Mariposa Productions before final acceptance and 2) are subject to alteration up to the moment of shooting. Mariposa Productions reserves the right to make reasonable script alterations based on factors including (but not limited to) budget limitations, model availability, weather, and cast and crew willingness to produce the script as written. Mariposa Productions will make reasonable efforts to communicate such script changes before the day of shooting but reserves the right to make changes without notice where time, propriety, or other factors make such notice impossible, impractical, or excessively inconvenient as reasonably determined by Mariposa Productions
It is our great joy and privilege to bring our customers’ fantasies to life! But to keep providing our service costs money. To make money without greatly increasing your costs, we must reserve the right to monetize our joint production elsewhere.
By submitting your script for consideration, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that Mariposa Productions owns and retains all right, title, and interest in and to the intellectual property related to its production, including but not limited to rights related to: the script in all its iterations; all designs, music, and characters; and the ultimate video produced. You hereby completely and irrevocably disclaim all right, title, and interest in and to the aforementioned intellectual property and further agree to take such further action as may be reasonably required by Mariposa Productions to effect the same.
